The latest round of funerals in Gaza brings a grim sense of familiarity to its residents. Palestinians laid to rest 100 people, including 60 children, whose remains were recovered from destroyed buildings. This stark reality confronts the international community with the genocidal war Israel wages against the Palestinian people.

Gaza’s Health Ministry reports that over 73,000 Palestinians have been killed and 174,592 wounded since October 2023. The recovery operations are painstakingly slow, having only scratched the surface of the devastation.
